Shipping & Delivery
The Styling Closet ships merchandise within the United States. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can take 7-10 business days to receive all items. Please note all Pre-orders and back orders can take longer time to process. Email will be sent to notify of arrival and shipping date. The Styling Closet has three options for delivery of merchandise during the checkout process. A signature confirmation is recommended for all packages being delivered. You can choose to waive signature by clicking Flat Rate shipping. However you will be fully responsible if your package is lost, stolen or missing. No Refund will be issued. Please note if you choose Local Pickup you are responsible for picking up your merchandise within 7 days unless otherwise stated or requested. If you pick shipping and change your mind and want to pick up your merchandise, NO Refund will be issued.
No Exchanges or Refunds. Please note The Styling Closet often has sales. If an item you ordered goes on sale NO credit or adjustment will be made. The Styling Closet has limited quantities on items, we may occasionally sell out of an item. If this happens you will be contacted via email and can receive a Full refund or exchange for another item in stock of the same value. Please consider our return policy when ordering.
